engagement description

Testware performed environment & compatibility testing for the game and community website. A team of 5 Testware staff executed the environment & compatibility testing on 83 different configurations in Testware's in-house testing lab.

specific tasks performed

advised the client on what configurations should be tested and created a configuration testing matrix, including the following "variables:" Internet connection type and speed, sound card type and driver, video card type and driver, operating system, Web browser, display resolution, and CPU type and speed.
executed a set of 40 test cases on each configuration, covering download, installation, and functional events
reported results to developers on a twice daily basis
