The client has an internal testing team that does not have performance testing expertise. This client's performance testing needs are "bursty" in nature and it thus does not want to bring the performance testing function in house. The client has and continues to rely on Testware to satisfy any/all of its performance testing needs.
The testing work is performed at the client's site, at Testware's office, or at both places.
