Testware provided test planning
and environment
and compatibility testing services to this client for the initial release
of the publishing and content management software.
At the time, this client did not have any internal testing resources and thus outsourced
all of this testing work to Testware. After the first release, the client
developed an internal testing team as planned and brought the testing work in
house.
All testing work was performed at Testware's office. Results were reported
via email and over the phone.

- created a compatibility test plan and procedures based on an analysis of
the application and known problem configurations
- performed environment and
compatibility testing against various combinations of operating systems,
Microsoft Office versions, web browsers and video drivers
- all work performed on an outsourced basis in Testware's in-house test lab
