Job Openings

We have two types of job openings: Software Test Specialist and Performance Test Specialist. Generally speaking, the Performance Test Specialists tend to focus most or all of their time on performance-related testing, whereas Software Test Specialists spend most of their time on all other types of testing. Note, though, that our Performance Test Specialists sometimes work on non-performance testing and our Software Test Specialists sometimes work on performance testing, as their skill sets allow and our clients' needs dictate.

Testware Associates is a fast-moving and fast-growing software testing consulting company based in central NJ. We believe that the discipline of software and Web testing is more than just "banging on the keyboard and clicking the mouse." Our approach to testing involves gaining a solid understanding of the client's business and software, then leveraging our knowledge of software development, operating systems, databases and Web technologies to get far beyond the typical scratch-the-surface, black-box approach to testing that is all too common. Further, Testware isn't a "body shop" that simply drops its employees into any billable consulting assignment. Our attention to career development contributes to extremely low employee turnover and we prefer to "partner" with clients and provide them with long-term testing solutions...not just a body here and a body there.
