Software Tester #2

New Jersey Pharmaceutical client needs onsite technical test resources,
with good analytical SQL and XML skills.
Experience in:

Test planning: formulating detailed test cases for a software application
Manual test execution: functional, system, and end-to-end testing
Testing in Pharmaceutical environment: this is a testing position, not a validation position

Required Skills:

formal software testing experience
strong analytical skills
ability to operate independently or as part of a team
ability to see tasks through to completion without constant management input
ability to quickly gain an understanding of business and applications, often without specifications/documentation or formal training
strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with a broad range of personality styles and types
extremely strong written and verbal communication skills
knowledge of software development lifecycle
knowledge of relational databases, SQL and XML
