Testware's Fulfillment Test 40 package for e-commerce websites tests the end-to-end customer experience and validates all aspects of your e-commerce fulfillment process, including shipping, packing, credit card charges, returns and customer service.

During fulfillment testing, Testware will use valid and invalid credit cards to place live orders on your site, receive the actual physical goods ordered, inspect these goods and return them for credit. Testware will also interact with your customer service via email, phone and fax at various points in the test cycle.
