Confused Package Tracking System

The following FedEx package tracking history is a bit confused.

The fourth and fifth rows from the bottom do not make any sense. How can the package arrive at the destination Branchburg at 8:03 AM, and then be in the Newark sort facility at 8:05 AM, two minutes later?

The fifth row from the top is also a mistake. Branchburg is the last stop prior to FedEx delivering the package to its intended destination (which happened to be Bridgewater, a town located right next to Branchburg). If the package is in Branchburg on 06/05/2002 at 11:54, why would it end up in Indianapolis on that same day at 16:12?

This problem would have likely been found in functional testing and/or fulfillment testing.
