Item and Shipping Cost Difficulties
Here's an interesting message we encountered while shopping online around the 2001 holidays. Presumably they were intensely working on fixing this "zero price" bug but wanted to keep their online store open to avoid negatively impacting holiday sales.
Here is another similar message we ran into regarding shipping cost. We also presume this message was posted and the online store kept open to avoid losing holiday sales.
Both of these bugs would have likely been found in fulfillment testing.
