Password Password Everywhere
During our fulfillment testing and negative functional testing effort for an e-commerce site, we executed a series of tests that involved omitting information that was required to complete the purchase -- credit card number, name, address, etc. After executing the first test case, we noticed the text "{password password}" appeared at the bottom of the page. After the second test case, two occurrences of "{password password}" were at the bottom of the page. After the third test case...well, you get the idea. Executing the entire suite of negative functional tests led to the bottom of the page looking like this:
