Problem Updating PIN on ezpass.com
EZPass is the "lovely" automated / electronic toll collection system used on New Jersey's toll roads and in many other states as well.
One of our employees received a notice indicating he should log on to the EZPass website and update his credit card information. In trying to do so, he first attempted to update his PIN and received the following confidence-inspiring error message after the update.
