Advanced .NET Testing System (ANTS)	ANTS is for load testing .NET XML Web services and other internet applications. Determines capacity of the Web service by simulating multiple clients and making multiple concurrent requests Scripting in ANTS is done using Visual Basic .NET in the Visual Studio for Applications IDE.
CSSCheck	Free Web-based "lint" utility that checks the syntax and style of Cascading Style Sheets. Is primarily a CSS1 checker, but many CSS2 properties are supported.
W3C CSS Validation	Free Web-based CSS validator for CSS2. Options include specifying the URL of the CSS page to be validated, entering the CSS page into a form text area or uploading the CSS page.
CSE HTML Validator	Windows-based HTML, XHTML, and WML syntax checker.
W3C HTML Validation	Free Web-based utility that checks HTML documents for conformance to W3C HTML and XHTML recommendations and other HTML standards. Options include specifying the URL of the page to be validated or uploading the page.
Microsoft Web App Stress Tool	Free downloadable tool designed to realistically reproduce multiple browsers requesting pages from a Web application. Stress tests three tier personalized Active Server Page websites running on Windows NT server 4.0 and Windows 2000.
