Description

The Business Analyst (BA) is a key facilitator within an organization, acting as a bridge between business needs, stakeholders and the IT solution team. Business Analysts elicit, analyze, validate and document business, organizational and/or operational requirements and deliver solutions for those requirements. The cornerstone for writing good Testcases is a good Requirements document, therefore we are now offering this course as a complement to our testing courses.

Audience, Prerequisites

IT Project Managers, entry–level Business Analysts and their managers, IT professionals interested in expanding their role, and self-taught analysts wanting to improve their skills and prepare for the IIBA Certification exam. (See www.theiiba.org for more information on the IIBA certification)

Course Length, Format and Logistics

Course length: 5 days

Course format: lecture plus individual and group exercises and discussions.

Course logistics: Each attendee is provided with his/her own copy of the course manual and exercise set. Attendees do not need access to personal computers or workstations.

Location

Testware teaches this course (and all Testware courses) to groups of 3 or more individuals from the same company. Our instructors teach onsite (at or near your company's site) on a date convenient to your organization. Location options include, but are not limited to:

a training room in your office
a conference room in your office
a training or conference center near your office

Price:

$15,000 for class, plus $50 per student for materials.

Example: For 10 students the total for the class and materials would be $15,500.

The above pricing does not include instructor travel and subsistence expenses. These expenses will be billed to your company by Testware at cost.
