Description

Principles of Software Testing provides an overview to basic testing vocabulary and processes. Hands-on exercises of various techniques reinforce the vocabulary and processes. Towards the end of the course, a case study of a testing project ties all of the course concepts together.

Audience, Prerequisites

Class attendees are typically QA testers, analysts and engineers who need to develop a working knowledge of software testing methodology. No familiarity with testing principles in theory and in practice is assumed.

Course Length, Format, Logistics

Course length: 2 days

Course format: lecture plus individual and group exercises and discussions.

Course logistics: Each attendee is provided with his/her own copy of the course manual and exercise set. Attendees do not need access to personal computers or workstations.

Location

Testware teaches this course (and all Testware courses) to groups of 3 or more individuals from the same company. Our instructors teach onsite (at or near your company's site) on a date convenient to your organization. Location options include, but are not limited to:

$6,000 for class, plus $50 per student for materials.

Example: For 10 students the total for the class and materials would be $6,500.

The above pricing does not include instructor travel and subsistence expenses. These expenses will be billed to your company by Testware at cost.
